Happy New Year everyone! Hope you all had fantastic night, and weren't feeling too sore the next morning...

We had an absolutely unforgetable night, enjoying the awesome Sydney Harbour fireworks and celebrating our 5year anniversary! Our NYE cruise on the Lady Rose left Darling Harbour at 7pm and we all got stuck into the free drinks and nibbles straight away. We were on the cruise with a couple we met in Melbourne a few months back, Kate and Romilly, which made the night a real laugh. During the evening the decorated boats paraded up and down the harbour, whilst the music pumping. Then at 9pm the family fireworks took place, when the children all tapped the heels three times, like that in the wizard of Oz. But noting quite came close to the big show at midnight, it was fantastic - the perfect way to celebrate the end of a brilliant road trip! One we will never forget, that's for sure...
